BL Billet Turbo Oil Flanges are machined from solid billet aluminum to replace the weak cast oil drain and feed flanges found on stock turbocharger center housings. Built for popular platforms running GT, GTX, and S400-style turbos, these flanges resist cracking under boost and heat cycles that cause factory castings to fail, and they hold up to bigger drain ports for improved oil return on built turbos.
Each BL billet flange is CNC finished with precise O-ring grooves and bolt patterns so it bolts straight up to your center housing without grinding or shimming. Choose from single or dual drain configurations depending on your oil pan clearance and turbo mounting angle, and pair them with new O-rings and hardware for a clean, leak-free install on your next rebuild or turbo swap.
