SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern the text messaging program operated by Boost Lab, Inc. ("Boost Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Boost Lab, Inc. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external) and conversations (between employees). Messages relate to your repair jobs, orders, quotes, payment, and shipping, and to general customer support conversations with our team.
2. Consent
You consent to receive text messages from Boost Lab, Inc. when you provide your mobile phone number through our online repair intake form at repair.theboostlab.com, during checkout, or verbally when arranging service by phone or email. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your repair job or order and the nature of your conversation with us.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Boost Lab, Inc. does not charge for participation in the SMS program.
5. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
6. Help and Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply HELP to any message for more information, call us at 813-443-0531, or contact us through repair.theboostlab.com.
7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
8. Privacy
See our privacy policy at https://www.theboostlab.com/privacy-policy/ for details on how we collect and handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
