This advanced technology is specifically designed for modern gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines, including vehicles like BMW, Audi, VW, Ford EcoBoost, GM LTG, and many others that use high-pressure direct injection.
GDI injectors operate at dramatically higher pressures than port injection systems and are highly prone to carbon buildup. Standard injector benches cannot properly test or service these injectors. Most shops test GDI at port-injection pressures, which hides real problems. We test at actual operating pressure, so the results mean something.

Injector bodies cleaned, visually inspected, and individually numbered for full traceability
Coil testing: resistance, shorts, and current draw measured on every injector
Initial baseline test on ASNU bench: leak test, spray pattern analysis, and flow rate all recorded. This is the "before" data you'll see in your portal.
Full disassembly: remove filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps
Bead-blast removes paint, corrosion, and external deposits from metal injector bodies
First ultrasonic cleaning cycle that removes particles, dirt, and external debris (5-10 minutes)
Second ultrasonic cycle with pulsed on/off cycling to dislodge stubborn internal deposits (15-20 minutes)
High-pressure back-flush removes any remaining particles from internal passages
New filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps installed, included in service price at no extra charge
Complete retest on ASNU bench: spray pattern, flow rate, and leak check with full data capture. This is your "after" data.
