Warranty and Refund Policy


We are only able to facilitate returns and refunds for items that have been directly purchased from and fulfilled by us. Upon receiving the item intended for refund, we will initiate the return process and notify you via email. Please anticipate a refund within 7 to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned item, which will be issued in the same form of payment utilized for the original purchase.

The specific amount of your refund is subject to various factors. Please note that items not meeting our returns guidelines may receive partial or no refunds.


Please find below the additional information regarding our returns and refunds policy:


  • For any item in its original condition that is returned within 15 days of delivery, a fee ranging from 15% to 25% may apply.
  • If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, damaged, or with missing parts that are not a result of our error, a fee of up to 40% of the item's price may be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that items purchased through specials or clearance sales are non-refundable under any circumstances. All sales made during specials, clearance events, or NOS (New old stock) are considered final, including items purchased with a coupon code. 
  • Custom orders, including custom turbochargers and/or components, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • In the case of order cancellations made after 24 hours of placement but prior to shipment, a handling fee of 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
  • All returned parts must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Failure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package may result in delays, refusal, or return to the sender.

If you return only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be only reimbursed for the individual item.

Turbo servicing warranty


  • Warranty Coverage: We offer a warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of invoice to repair or replace any defective part or turbocharger (limited to the original purchaser only). The warranty applies solely to failures caused by material or workmanship issues.

  • Warranty Limitations: This warranty exclusively covers the turbocharger unit itself and does not extend to any associated, attached, or connected parts or components. It does not provide coverage for incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any nature.

  • Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not apply to turbos that have experienced oil-related problems, improper installation, damage from foreign objects, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications made by the purchaser, or disassembly performed by anyone other than Boost Lab, Inc.

  • Warranty Procedure: To initiate the warranty process, the part or turbocharger must be returned to us in its original condition, without any cleaning or disassembly. Please note that any disassembly will automatically void the warranty, without exceptions.

  • Strict Quality Control: We adhere to rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that you receive the highest level of service and product excellence.

  • Turbocharger and Part Storage: Please be aware that any turbocharger and/or part left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be sold to cover the expenses incurred.



We have the capability to ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, it is important to acknowledge that certain products have restrictions, and there are instances where international destinations cannot be serviced.


Upon placing an order, we will provide an estimation of shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you select. The shipping date estimates may be displayed on the shipping quotes page, contingent on the chosen shipping provider.


Additionally, please be aware that the shipping rates for the majority of items we offer are calculated based on their weight. You can find the weight of each item on its respective detail page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we utilize, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest full pound.
