Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process

Each injector undergoes an extensive 11-step cleaning and testing process combining ultrasonic cleaning, mechanical preparation, and precision validation to restore optimal performance.

Injectors are cleaned, visually inspected, and numbered for tracking
Coil testing for resistance, shorts, and current draw
Initial ASNU testing for leak detection, spray pattern, and flow rate (data recorded)
Removal of filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps
Bead blasting to remove loose paint and corrosion from metal bodies
First ultrasonic cleaning cycle (5–10 minutes)
Second ultrasonic cycle with electronic pulsing to remove internal deposits (15–20 minutes)
High-pressure back-flush to remove remaining contaminants
Installation of new filter baskets, O-rings, and pintle caps (included)
Final ASNU testing with full data capture
