Terms of service

These terms apply when you use theboostlab.com or repair.theboostlab.com, buy from our online store, or send us parts for service. By doing any of those, you agree to them. "Boost Lab," "we," "us" and "our" mean Boost Lab, Inc., 37833 Pineapple Ave, Unit A, Dade City, FL 33523.

1. Using our websites

Please give us accurate information when you place an order, create an account or submit a repair form. You are responsible for keeping your account login private. We may refuse service or cancel an order if we believe the site is being misused.

2. Products, prices and availability

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice.
  • We work to keep product information, specifications and pictures accurate. Much of it comes from the manufacturers, and pictures may differ from the item you receive. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment for it.
  • Availability can change after you order. If an item is not available, we will contact you and refund that item if you prefer not to wait.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is taken through our secure Shopify checkout. Financing is offered through Affirm and Snap Finance; those agreements are between you and the finance provider, under their terms. An order is accepted when we ship it or confirm it, not when you submit it.

4. Repair and cleaning services

  • Start a turbocharger or injector service by completing the online repair form, then ship your parts to us as described in our Shipping policy.
  • We inspect your parts and send you a quote. No work begins without your approval.
  • Our service warranty, and what it does and does not cover, is set out in our Warranty, Returns & Shipping policy. Any disassembly by anyone other than Boost Lab voids that warranty.
  • Any turbocharger or part left unclaimed for more than 30 days will be sold to cover the costs incurred.

5. Warranty, returns and refunds

These are covered in our Warranty, Returns & Shipping policy, which is part of these terms. Custom orders, including custom turbochargers and components, cannot be returned or refunded. Items bought on special, on clearance or as NOS (new old stock), including with a coupon code, are final sale.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Boost Lab is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind arising from products we sell or services we provide. Our warranty covers the turbocharger unit itself; it does not extend to associated, attached or connected parts or components.

7. Text messages and privacy

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms apply. How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
