Shipping your parts to us
Fill out the form first, then ship. Your form tells us everything, so there's no paperwork to print.
Ship to
Boost Lab, Inc.
37833 Pineapple Ave, Unit A
Dade City, FL 33523
FedEx or UPS only, with tracking.
Do I fill out the form before I ship?
Yes. Submitting the form creates your job and issues your confirmation number right away, so we know your parts are coming and who they belong to.
Which carrier should I use?
FedEx or UPS only, with tracking. Please avoid USPS because of potential delays and limited tracking.
Do I need to put paperwork in the box?
No. Your repair form gives us all the contact and part information we need, so there's nothing to print. Just put your confirmation number in the box so we can match your parts to your job.
How should I pack a turbo?
Drain any residual oil and pack it securely so it can't move around in the box.
How should I send fuel injectors?
Send the injectors with their o-rings, even if they're worn or damaged, since we replace them anyway. We service gasoline injectors only, not diesel.
Will I get a quote before any work starts?
Yes. Every unit is inspected by hand and documented first. You see the findings in your portal and approve the quote before we start work.
How long does it take?
It depends on shop volume, parts availability and the condition of your parts. Most standard turbo rebuilds are completed within 5-10 business days of teardown, and you get a realistic timeline with your quote. Your portal shows every step as it happens.
Do I need an account to track my repair?
No. Open your portal from any device with your confirmation number and the email you used on the form. No login and no password.
