What the application asks for

Start the dealer application
  • Your business: business name, Federal EIN, business type and a short description.
  • Contact: owner or primary contact, phone and email.
  • Addresses: billing address, and a shipping address if it is different.
  • Tax resale certificate: your current state certificate as a PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB.
  • Facility photos: at least one photo of your physical shop or retail location. Work-from-home operations cannot be accepted.
