Shipping policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

Boost Lab, Inc. ("Boost Lab," "we," "us") ships parts bought on theboostlab.com and returns turbochargers and fuel injectors we service. This page explains both, and how to send your parts to us.

Orders from our online store

Where we ship. We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Some products carry restrictions, and there are destinations we are not able to serve.
Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Rates for most of our items are calculated by weight, and each product page lists that item's weight. In line with our carriers' policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery estimates. When you place an order we estimate shipping and delivery dates from the availability of the items and the shipping option you choose.

Sending your turbocharger or injectors to us for service

Fill out the repair form first: the turbo repair form or the injector service form. Your form holds your contact details and a description of the issue.
No paperwork inside the box. We track your parts by name.
Ship FedEx or UPS only, with tracking, and insure the shipment for its replacement value. Please don't use USPS: it has higher damage rates for heavy items.
Ship to: Boost Lab, Inc., 37833 Pineapple Ave, Unit A, Dade City, FL 33523.

Packing a turbocharger: drain residual oil, plug all ports, and double-box it with padding on all sides.

Returning your serviced parts

When the work is complete we ship your parts back to you. Every job is documented from intake through return shipment.

Returns

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are covered in our Warranty, Returns & Shipping policy. Every return needs an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
