Direct injection injectors operate at significantly higher pressures than traditional port injection systems and are particularly prone to carbon buildup. Standard equipment cannot properly diagnose or service these injectors - Carbon Zapp technology is essential for accurate testing and restoration.

Our Comprehensive Cleaning Process

Each injector goes through an extensive 11-step process combining ultrasonic cleaning, mechanical cleaning, and precision testing to restore optimal performance.

1. Injector bodies cleaned, visually inspected, and numbered for tracking
2. Coil testing for resistance, shorts, and current draw
3. Initial leak test, spray pattern analysis, and flow rate testing on ASNU bench - all data recorded
4. Disassembly - remove filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps
5. Bead-blast loose paint and corrosion from metal injector bodies
6. First ultrasonic cleaning cycle removes particles, dirt, and debris (5-10 minutes)
7. Second ultrasonic cycle with pulsing on/off to dislodge stubborn internal deposits (15-20 minutes)
8. High-pressure back-flush removes any remaining internal particles
9. Install new filter baskets, o-rings, and pintle caps (included in service)
10. Complete retest on ASNU bench - spray pattern, flow rate, and leak checking with full data capture
11. Comprehensive test report uploaded to your customer portal with before and after data
